SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Demi Collection. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

​

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

​

The Demi Collection ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

​

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

​

Please contact The Demi Collection for any products damaged during shipping. Any items lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Would you like to make a return? No problem! Here's how:

You have 10 days to return the product unused for an exchange or full refund. The order must be returned back before we can ship out the next item. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment.

If you would like to exchange the item, please contact us and we will work to resolve any issue.
